His work carries a longstanding presence within Lee and Collier Counties’ luxury residential communities, where architectural integrity and thoughtful design are paramount.

As Principal and Senior Designer of The Design Standard, Henry has built his reputation on balancing refined aesthetics with purposeful function. Every residence is approached with disciplined attention to proportion, detail, and livability — ensuring that each design not only fulfills a vision but enhances the way a family lives within it.

Henry serves as both Contractor and Supervisor on every project, creating a rare synergy between concept and execution. In addition to his design and construction expertise, Henry has maintained an active Florida State License as a Building Inspector and Code Plans Examiner for over 30 years. Benjamin H. Gonzalez

Raised in an environment immersed in architectural design and construction, Benjamin H. Gonzalez developed an early passion for the discipline. During his teenage years, he dedicated himself to mastering design applications including CAD, SketchUp, and code review platforms under Henry’s mentorship — cultivating both technical precision and creative insight.

A Valedictorian graduate of the Class of 2020, Benjamin’s educational path allowed him to deepen his understanding of architectural genres, proportional balance, detailing, and structural systems. He regularly visited active construction sites, engaging directly with subcontractors and gaining firsthand exposure to every phase of the building process.

Benjamin is a devoted student of architecture and construction, committed to carrying forward the legacy of thoughtful design and superior craftsmanship. He is actively pursuing licensure as a building contractor and continues to expand his expertise in residential design and project management.

Together, Henry and Benjamin represent a multi-generational commitment to excellence — blending experience, innovation, and integrity in every Benjamin Home.
